BitzList Smart Factory Systems is building a Smart Factory Exemplar facility, creating both a 'coal face' for the development of our smart factory technology and the manufacturing revenue stream to support our R&D activities. We are currently operating over 20 machines.
CNC Turning
BitzList Smart Factory operates the latest in CNC turn/mill technology from our factory in Scotland with capacity from the smallest sliding head automatic turned parts to parts 2 meters long and 500mm in diameter
CNC Milling
latest 30 and 40 Taper 3 axis VMCs and 4+1 axis for 5 sided machining
Gear Cutting
BitzList Smart factory has a gear cutting cell comprising both hobbing and shaping machines and can cut spur gears up to 500mm diameter and up to 8 module
Other Processes
BitzList Smart Factory can also carry out broaching and shaping operations for internal splines and keyways, precision cylindrical and surface grinding, and vibratory finishing operations inhouse. We can organise hardening, electroplating and painting through our approved supplier network
